Sydnie Johncola Genson is a native Floridian, born and raised in the Tampa Bay area. Sydnie is a USF Graduate and a proud member of Alpha Delta Pi. Sydnie married her high school sweetheart in April and they currently reside in Dunedin enjoying all its coastal town charms and attractions. She is an avid dog lover and her family consists of two rescues, Wesley and Ava. She has 3 sisters and a brother, three of which have attended universities in the state of Florida.

Sydnie joined her family business in 2015 as a sophomore in college and worked her way through the mortgage originating system – first as an admin assistant, then processor, until ultimately securing her Mortgage Loan Originator license when she was confident in her knowledge of the business. She takes tremendous pride in her working knowledge of a file and her commitment to her clients’ service and satisfaction. Sydnie uses her experience to analyze a file, secure the most competitive rates for her clients to choose from, and always closes her files on time, often early.
